    Mail Merge from Excel

How to mail merge the label with my own format(not A4). Attachment is the sample. Pls help me... coz my label is not in A4 size.

The problem is that when i insert the merge fields and merge the data will fill up the first row and move to the next page first row and so on... instead of going to 2nd row - 8 row and continuous to next page.

I'm not sure exactly what your problem is. The fact that you have setup a custom label format doesn't change the way you setup the mail merge. So exactly what are you having difficulty with? It would also help if you attached the Excel file containing your data (or rather some dummy data so we don't get real names and addresses).

I'm assuming that you know how to insert the fields onto your label ...

The first label will have the following fields:

    ?SZE_AUN_ADRIAN_SOON?
    ?M_52_JALAN_LIMAU_PURUT?

Every label after that needs the "Next Record" field before the merge fields:

    ?Next Record??SZE_AUN_ADRIAN_SOON?
    ?M_52_JALAN_LIMAU_PURUT?

To add the Next Record field from the Mail Merge toolbar, select Insert Word Field|Next Record
