How turn off the autocomplete of date only?

Can I and how turnoff the autocomplete of date only? Not for all autotext.

You can't .. anyway, you'd only be buying time!

In Word 2007, AutoComplete only exists for dates. Building Blocks, which include AutoText, no longer have AutoComplete - although the F3 key still works.
