    Copy data to Excel

Good morning guys. I am back again. I would like to copy, transfer some data from Barrons, which is a news paper to Excel so I can use the data in
an Excel ss. I have tried to use a scanner I have but the format will not work in Excel. Can you help me with this. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Can you post a file with data that is typical of what you want to import?

    Thanks,

    Max,

I see no attachment. You need to click Manage Attachments, next click Browse to find the file on your system, then click Upload to do the deed. Please give it another go.

    Max,

A new thought. Remember that the upload feature works with file extensions of bmp, doc, gif, jpeg, jpg, pdf, png, xls, and zip. So, if you file has a different extension, please zip it up so it will upload.

    tnx,

    Ron

When I uploaded the file it said the file is too large. I will try to shorten the file and resend

Max, if the file is too large to upload and it is not zipped, please zip it to see if you can get it under the size limit.

    What scanner do you use?

    tnx,

    Ron

    Max,

Can you save the output from your scanner as some type of ascii text file? (cvs, txt, tab- or space-delimited, etc.)

This may be easier than trying to crunch down a screen capture.

    tnx,

    Ron

Ron I cannot do a zip so I have reduced the file some more. Here it is again. I think you should have it. the file is small but you will get the idea
