    Solved: codename donot work

    hi,everyone.
    I have two workbooks.They have been opend.Now,I want to copy content of A1 in book2.xls,and paste A1 in book1.xls.
    Must use worksheet's codename.
    Unfortunately,the code isnot work!
    Thanks for any help!

    You cannot do that. Codename can only refer to the activeworkbook, so using a codename from another just fails.

    Why must you use the codename?

    There's only 1 worksheet in the second workbook.
