Dealing with Ties when using Vlookup with Rank.

    Hi

How to I get a vlookup that is looking at a ranking column to return the top 10 performers if there is a tie?

For example, if there are two joint winners, then there'll be no rank "2" - so my Vlookup that looks for rank "2" will return #N/A. Then my list of top 10 performers will be missing one of the joint leaders.

    Help!

    Thanks

    BD
