not a VBA question but please help

I don't usually create charts but I need to make one. I tried to put data table in a bar chart but the data is from bottom to top. Does Microsoft like making things stupid!?! Anyway if anyone knows a way around this let me know. Thanks. (Using Excel 2002).

I'm not sure what your problem is - is it that you are showing a data table as part of a bar chart but the rows are in the wrong order, or that you have added data to a bar chart and the data is plotted in the wrong order? If it's the latter, right-click the axis, choose Format axis and then on the Scale tab, check the 'Categories in reverse order' option.

Post your workbook and we might have something to work on.

You'd have to change the series order, I'm afraid. You can't simply rearrange the table.

As an alternative kludge, you could use the camera tool to take a picture of the data range, and place that on the chart?
