navigate with scrollbar

In column Y are present many value.
I need to navigate with scrollbar in userform only if a var is filled with "PUGLIA".

Example:
My_var="PUGLIA"

scroll only the record (up and down) where the line is identified with in column Y is present "PUGLIA".
During the scroll fill textbox1 with value in column A, textbox2 with value in column B, textbox3 with value in column H, textbox4 wuth the value in column P, textbox5 with the value in coliumn Q.
In this case the record to scroll with scrollbar1 are 71
In effect i want to navigate with scrollbar only the line identified with My_Var in column Y
