need help to get list

I have 2 columns data with project name and developers name.
Project names are going to be repeated but developers names will be different. Now if i enterd the name of project on another sheet i should get the list of developers respective to that project.

Realy i am not playing any mind games. I just tried to copy the formula in sheet1. I made the necessary changes in range of formula but is not working. I have written the name of project correctly.
Plz help me for this
