Solved: macro slows down each time

    Hello,

I have a macro that runs quite quick.

However if I change a small piece of code and run it again it slows down.

If I run it a third time in the day it is slow also.

However if I go home and come back in the next morning it is just as quick as the first time.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I can do to sort it out.

    Thanks
    Phil

Put it in a text file and attach that.

Q: do you restart Excel or the computer at the end of the day, and it starts out fresh?

    My apologies for any misunderstanding.

I posted a bad suggestion regarding the slow macro, realized how foolish my suggestion was, and edited the post, asking the moderators to delete the post.

Re-reading, I see that is not clear than the "dumb idea" I refered to was my own post. I should have been more specific.

No comment on any one else was intended.
