Solved: Create a log in list from the mainscreen

    Hello,

I have attached a sample workbook. Basically, I would like to assign several log in names in the workbook. A user will select their log in names, enter password and then be able to view their list of data. Right now all these log in names are assigned to a button but I want to have a list of user names in a list box or something where a user can choose their user name, and as soon as they select their user name they should be prompted to enter their password and once they have entered their password they would be able to look at their filtered data.

In my current workbook, the password appear as text, I want to change it as asterisk, in that case do I need to make a separate form for each user or their is a shortcut to do it? I would appreciate you help. Thanks.

Addendum to my first post: Is there any way to stop viewing the data pages unless a user uses the log in otherewise a user can easily look at each page by setting the sheets tab to be visible from Tools menu! Thanks.
