Rich Text Format RichTx32.ocx found in \system32 but does not display

I have a simple setup... a form and a rich text format box on it... in the box some text...

It works fine on my computer, form loads fine I can see rtf box and text within....

I load it on another computer running same OS version same RichTx32.ocx version in the same winnt\system32 folder... however all I get is a grey area of the form and no rtf box?

    Any ideas or suggestions?

    Thanks a lot

    Mike

    Yeap sure, thanks for replying

The reality is it works 50/50... I tried around 10 machines now...

I simplified the spreadsheet but and left less text in Text Boxm, but if you click the only button it will open a pane with rich text box... I can see grey pane, white text box and text within.. some computers display grey pane only... again the ocx control is the same on all computers... (when there is a lot of text in the text box it takes a while to load it too)

    Thansk a lot

I'm not seeing the textbox. FYI, these are my "missing" references when I open your workbook.

The RichTextBox control is not a trusted control for Excel userforms.
Look at this Knowledge Base article on the RichTextBox control.
