Solved: Vlookup or not?

Hi,

I've got the following question,

Is it possible that when i put a variable in column A (a number). To search down in another column with the number i gave. And then the word that is standing in that cell to place in another cell.

So when column a is filled with the number is three, i want to search 3 down in column C. And then i want to copy the data that is found in C to another cell

I am not too clear n wat you need.

Give an example of the values and what you return, as the way that you have it, if ou search down column C for a value, don't you either find that value or not, so how can you return something else.
