Cell Formatting

I need some help with formatting of cells .
Need the display in 000's
Should be the same format to all cells, examples:

197.8125
How can I display this as 197,812.50

51.835950248
How can I display this as 51,835.95

55.6
How can I display this as 55,600.00

Hope the above makes sense...

I don't think that it will work with formatting. You could trap the input and up the number, but that pohysically changes it.
