Inbox etc. displays "To" not "From" field
Good evening - I have a problem with outlook 2003 in that somehow it is choosing to display the "To" field rather than the "From" filed in the header above the message list. This is impacting on hundreds of mail folders and I am progressive having to use the field chooser to replace the "To" field with the "From" field.
I am not sure how it happened in the first place but it is darn annoying (to put it nicely!) While I could probably record a macro to fix it folder by folder I would prefer to learn which global setting I have upset. While I have experience in Excel VBA I have not been brave enough to try Outlook yet.
Any ideas on how to fix it would be appreciated thanks.

I seem to have cured the problem for myself with the following action.
Right click in the field listing, select arrange by, custom, reset current view.
Not sure how it got disturbed in the first place.
