Send MS Project task to a project resource

Hi guys

I want to know how to send a MS Project task to the MS Outlook Task folder of a resource of the project, who doesn't have MS Projects. On top of that updating the MS Project File of the progress on the task from the project resources outlook task folder. Could you clewer guys please assist me.

Presumably the MSP "Workgroups" option is not viable?
