Solved: Alternative to "vlookup" function

Say, I have a single column of numbers :

-3766866.344-2697217.028-2103437.885-2067026.377-1954325.296-1866889.969-1753878.877-1548325.503-1538047.391-1385403.846-1339559.987-1308000.935

Now I want to find row number at which -1308000.935 is (here it is at the last). Can anyone tell me what will be the appropriate excel function? I already gone through "vlookup" function, however I could not get anything.

Does the list start at A1 or ? Have a look at the Match function
