Create request

Hi,

I have web page where i have to create n number reqeusts which i will get from my clints,

Please find the attached file, in which i have created three buttons

Login : Clikking on this i was able to login QA link not in production link

create rq kit : if click on this i have to create request kit
first i have to provide information in the text box then if click submit it will navigate into onemore page their i have add viewr name and say go

Submit : if click this their is text box where i have to prvoide the request kit number which i will get once i created the request kit name

and i have three text box in which for two text box the value in a column should be posted for the remaining one value in column c individualy
for ex a4 in 2 text boxes and c4 in one text box if i say submit it will create one request under this request kit like this i have to create n number of requests in the same kit number.

in the attached file i have 9 dummy examples but i will get the records in 1000 which is taking lot of time.

Colud yoy please help me

to select check box and fille the text boxess in web page from the excel values in column a and column c
