Hi,

I have a signature set up on my outlook we are currently using 2003 it was set up on an earlier version of the program and automatically transfered when we upgraded. The problem is I can't change it.

I am under the belief that you should go to Tools > Options > Mail Format, but then when I get there all the options relating to signatures are greayed out and hense I can't select them. Any ideas, it really is getting very tedious haveing to modify me signature every email.
