Solved: PLEASE: Chart Help

Hi,

This is my third post. I still didn't get any response from my previous questions. Now I'm trying my luck again.
Please help me to modify the attached VBA code so I can assign different buttons for different userforms. I have to separate my charts on different sheets. The first button works fine. How can I activate the second button to show charts on "Summary2" sheet?
