Processing Time

I am running VBA within Excel in Office XP (2002).

The code that i am running takes approximately 15 - 20 seconds to complete.

Does anyone have any suggestion of something i can do/put on screen so the user doesnt think the program has crashed during the time when it is processing.

A animation / image or something like that?

Would it be possible for a msgbox to appear saying for example "Processing" with no buttons on it, then it dissappear when processing is complete?
