What Certifications To Take?

I just finished the VBAX Excel VBA certification program (and passed - w00t) So now I'm trying to decide what cert to take next.

I've been looking at the Microsoft Office Specialist cert for Access, but I'm not sure about it.

I mainly develop in Access, Word is a slightly distant second. I want to take a cert to boost my understanding, and also to give some added weight to my request for a raise later Plus, I figure having some good certs would help my chances if I decide to look for another job.

What are your thoughts on the MOS for Access cert? Please suggest any other good VBA / Access / development certs I should look into.
