clock on powerpoint presentation for macs

Is there a way I can place a clock, I can customize, meaning the hands, on a Powerpoint presentation for Macs? Thank you for your help.

I have never seen a clock face that is adjustable.

You may be able to put am image of analog clock on a slide but to have it keep time have never seen it done.
