Size chart to Word cell

Hi,

I've seen this macro used before but have no idea how to go about re-creating, hopefully someone can help me?

I want to size a chart in excel to fit a word cell exactly. I know:
- the word cell needs to have an exact row height
- the curser needs to be in the word cell you want to size the chart too when you use the tool
- you can only have one word document open so the tool doesn't get confused what it is supposed to be sizing too

Any ideas?
