Yes. Microsoft includes this feature with Microsoft Office.

(I'm using the 2003 version of Office)

From the Start menu, select All Programs | Microsoft Office | Microsoft Office Tools | Microsoft Office 2003 Save My Settings Wizard

    and follow the prompts.

    The Xlb File

    Good Afternoon.

A vast majority of your Excel settings, though not necessarily all of them, are stored in a file called Excel.Xlb. This file is located in your Application Data folder of your profile and you can copy it between computers. Depending on which version of Windows you are running, assuming everything is installed to your default locations:

    Windows XP
    C:\Documents & Settings\%UserName%\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel

    or

    Windows Vista
    C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel

    Enjoy.
    Scott
