Cannot Read some messages in outlook

I have a user at my job getting emails that seem to be blank. However, if he forwards them to someone else or a pop 3 account, they can be read. He is running Outlook 2007 attached to exchange over a thin client. No one else is having the trouble so I think it can't be the Outllook install but I may be wrong.

The last time I saw this, I had attempted to set my Fonts to certain colors so that my stationary would look really nice. I'm the typical anti-social programmer who enjoys dark colors, so my message's background color was black with silver text. When it came through to others, though, they had the background color disabled. It come through as white background with silver text.

Have the User go to their Options Dialog and check the Mail Format tab and their Font settings.
