3rd party VBA editor

I use in-build VBA editor in Excel to wrote codes. However as the scroll-wheel does not work with this editor, I feel very irritated in writing code there. Therefore I am looking for a 3rd party vba-editor where I can have all functionalities of in-build vba editor and additionally the "scroll-wheel" option. Does anybody know whether there is any free 3rd party editor, in net?
