export txt file data into excel and filter out req'd data

need help in exporting data in .txt format into Excel worksheet1 with data separated nicely into respective columns. the data size/no of pages varies daily

-> filter out "Counterpart" ending with /HKG /TPE /HSI /TTL /PE
-> filter out "XPOPTDELIV" with "0" and "2"
-> lookup filtered result's "Linktrade ID" in worksheet2 and return "FEDS" in worksheet1 coloumn beside "Linktrade ID" coloumn, else "Check"
