Solved: Setting a benchmark line in an excel bar graph

    Hello,

I'm producing performance graphs using excel. e.g bar graphs showing a percentage. Zero to 100% on y axis and names of people on x axis. Now the people on the x axis need to hit a minimum score of say 80%. Is there any way I can show this as a horizontal line on the bar chart?

I have been through the various options in the chart and also checked an excel book but can't find anything.

    Any help appreciated.

Have a look at this link : http://www.peltiertech.com/Excel/Cha...orzSeries.html

Jon Peltier's site is a great resource for charting.
