I am sure that it is possible(ish), but you would need to get a copy of the PDF document structure, the APIs, all of which are not publicly available AFAIK becaues of commercial confidentiality, and would take a lot of work.
Buy the product, save time and money.

It's not a matter of time or money, it's for work. I Need it to do 1 simple task. we have good pdf software that does everything. but i want something simple so my boss can just stamp an image without having all the other tools or needing to buy expensive software for 1 tool.
