Can the default Signature for Outlook 2000 be set via VBA?

I haven't had to script Outlook before, and I need to set up a Word document to create a Signature file for Outlook. The script in Word gets input from the user, and sets up the Signature file properly. Now, I'd like to be able to change the Default in Outlook to use the newly saved file, but I don't know if this is possible.
