    Resolve Conflicts (Shared Workbook)

    Hi there,

Using VBA is there anyway that i can automatically resolve conflict errors?
Ideally, the routine would move the changes user2 (the user who gets the resolve conflicts error dialogue) makes to the next free line and then then accepts the change made by user1.

    Can this be done?

    Thanks,

    Sad message to you:

    DO NOT SHARE WORKBOOKS.

(Yes, I am deliberately shouting here)

Excel is not fit for shared editing of information. The last user saving always wins.
You risk loss of data (as you've already experienced), but worse: wrong data and even corruption of your file (i.e. complete loss of data).
