I want to disable insert/delete Rows/Columns via macro for a particular workbook form any source say Insert menu,right button click, shortcut keys from key boards etc.

why not to use Protection for selected Worksheets and tick everything apart form insert column, insert row, delete column, delete row.
Protection is located: Tools >> Protection >> Protect Sheet
