use spreadsheet when running form

Hi how am i amble to use a spreadsheet whilst running a form . i.e to manually graph up data. At the moment when the form is running i cannot change anything on the sheet.

i.e can i set focus to the sheet rather than the program?

Open the form as modeless,

hmm im getting the error cant show non modal form when modal form is displayed? I put the code in form activate is this right?

Well, the error message says it all. If you have already opened a form, that should be modeless too.
