Hi guys,
Would like some advice on how i would do the following-

First i have hundreds of emails in one folder. They are all of the same layout as they auto-generated by a form on a website. Please see example-

name: conor
store: Athlone
mobile: 0230982
email: test at test .com
Product:: product 1
salesperson: conor

I would like to create a sheet that would take the items in red and populate a row for each email
