Internet explorer delete cookies, temp files

Hi Guys,

Just wandering if there is any code out there i could use for deleting your cookies, temporary internet files and history from IE?
I know how to do manually but would be handy if there was a macro i could run which would do this?

If you are on a Mac, the MacScript VBA function would work. I don't know how to do that in Windows.
