File Save User Form

I've got a spreadsheet application with about 100 user inputs, all named. The users can save each session independently, but I'd like to enhance the application by allowing the users to save what they've input as a file name.

The idea is that since each input is named, the user could at any time save the data assigned to each field name to a file name.

I guess all I'm looking for are a few tips:
> Is there a user form out there that someone's used before for the same task?
> Tips on coding such a concept?
