Excel Custom Properties

Hi all,

When I add my add in to an excel sheet and click on the custom menu button for the first time I am ubable to retrieve the custom properties from the sheet.

This works fine when I click on the menu button for the second time .

I have tried debugging it but could not find a solution.

I am attaching a sheet and the add in .

Can you tell precisely what you are trying to achieve.

I am trying to create an add in which would enable a menu depending on the Purpose property that is being set in the Excel sheet.

So are you saying that you want to enable the menu item if the property in the ACTIVEWORKBOOK is set?

Yes you are right . So that I can add multiple menu items and enable only those which has the Purpose property set in it
