    File size too big

I have a file that is about 1mb in size, this file needs to be shared, when i share it the file jumps to 15mb, and the macros in the file that were taking 8 seconds to run now take about 80 secounds to run.
Is there anybody that can tell me why this happens and how to keep the file size down when it is shared.

    Thank you for any help

    Ian

To every problem there is a solution, even if I dont know it, so this posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties.

If Debugging is harder than writing a program and your code is as good as you can possibly make
it, then by definition you're not smart enough to debug it.

    Thanks for the reply Carlos
But i have already tried that, it does reduce file size when it is not shared, but when it is shared it hangs the system, i have to then press ctrl+atl and delete to get out of it.
