Export Problem

I just got some updated data to add to my report and all of a sudden when I try to export I get this error:

'Microsoft Access Unable to Append All the Data to the Table

The contents of 1 field were deleted and 0 records were lost due to key violations...'

WTF? I'm transferring an access query that work fine to a new excel spreadsheet. How can there be any key violations?

No code. This happens even when I use the export wizard.
