Macro to run a rule

My problem is the following :

I would like to have all emails arriving in 1 folder automatically transfered into another and immediately

so I created a rule which will do that, but it is in a public folder so the rules don't run by themselves

is it possible to have a macro that would run that rule every sec ? Or perhaps put a script in the rule which would run every sec ?
