stupid F8 in excel 2003

dear all,

probably the stupiedest question arround, but i checked and checked again all settings but i cant find solution for this problem

i cann enter the VBA editor, but then i cant " step into" a sub, nor run a sub/user form

if i force step into by the menue instead of the f8 key first row gets highlighted but theni cant setp further by pressing f8

what have i forgotten ? i have had this before and i dont remember teh solution, but is was a small checbox soemewhere

i installed 2007 this morning, same stupid problem but i am sure macre security is set to low
