Help needed Macro Runs after userform is closed

Hi Experts,

I need a help on my macro. I have a data which need to be split by description, for which i got a macro from net which is doing the job fine.

But i want to use a swf embedded user form as progress screen.

What happens i run the macro in my file is, it launches the user form, but the macro runs only after the user form is closed.

How i can show the user form while running the code in background.

Any help would be highly appreciated. I ahve attached a sample workbook here.

It is a simple excel user form with shock wave flash object.
