Help: How to adjust Print-area in Powerpoint handout

    Hi All,

I have tried to look around powerpoitn master handout, but can not adjust the print area to maximize the slide in power point handout.

Is there any way to adjust it? I have find in internet some commercial software. But I think it should be some way costless.

    Please help

    Thanks in advance.

    Yes Right???

It worked? Worth looking carefully for the multipage print option most printers can do this.

Hi John, you right, I think it works, but I have checked carefully. And I can not install software to improve it. Because it is in my company.

and one more point need to help is: it should be nice to print 6 slide/paper.
    any other way, please
