VBA Copy based on offset

Hi,

I have a sheet called Amal, with a list of names in column a, and numbers in column b.

I would like a code to copy the names in column a only when the corresponding number in column b is 3 or more.

These names should then be pasted into column B, starting with B3 in a sheet called "Highlighted".

I hope this is clear.
