    Paleo Promoted!!

Paleo (A.K.A. Carlos) has just been promoted to Administrator. His main responsibilities will be to manage the Knowledgebase and all the related forums.

Many of you may not aware of what goes on behind the scenes to get a Kb Entries Approved. Basically whenever someone creates a Kb Entry and submits it 'For Approval' a new thread is generated in a private forum for the Approvers to review.

This thread facilitates any needed discussion about the Kb Entry and makes the Approval process much faster. But as you can imagine, after a while that forum can start to get a bit messy. So it will be up to Carlos to make sure that the forum stays organized, and that threads for Kb Entries that have been Approved are archived.

Carlos will also be a point of contact for the other Approvers. If they have any questions or if they need something done that they do not have access to do, they can turn to Carlos.

Carlos has been a member since 1/1/05, and in the few short months that he has been around here, he has amassed 740 posts. Well, anyone with that much free time on their hands just becomes a target for more work.

We made him an Approver, but that didn't even slow him down, so time for some more work.

Please join me in congratulating Carlos in his new position.

    Jake,

How do we keep finding the suckers?

Seriously, though, Carlos! Way to go! Appreciate the effort you put in! You have an incredible amount of dedication to VBAX, and it's been apparent since you got here in January!

Well done Carlos, but you'll have to return your Approvers Union card, now that you're senior management!

...does he still get to hang out with the KBot during coffee breaks after a submission? This is important stuff not to be overlooked!

Carlos - Cool! Great choice! Congratulations on the promotion my friend!

The Kb Bot works for him now, so he probably won't want to hang out anymore.

No way! That would be taking away a union job! He has to turn in his card and loses all union benefits.

Fortunately the sacrifice is made up for in the 500% pay raise!

You know you're really in trouble when the light at the end of the tunnel turns out to be the headlight of a train hurtling towards you

The major part of getting the right answer lies in asking the right question...

Made your code more readable, use VBA tags (this automatically inserts [vba] at the start of your code, and [/vba ] at the end of your code) | Help those helping you by marking your thread solved when it is.

Congratulations, Carlos. The pay is not all that it is cracked up to be... so you are wise in not accepting the extremely high pay raise!
