Solved: Create a rolling reference number

    Hi

I have written a spreadsheet that allows the user to input various information (All obtained from documentation received from a customer)

What I want to do next is create an amend screen but in order to do so I will need a unique reference.

Ideally I would like the reference to use some of the input data too, preferably cell F18 which has different properties depending on the choice in cell D18.

But, if the user input Region: Ayr and chose prefix AE then the reference would be AE00001 and then begin a count system from there

Thanks in advance for any help

    Spreadsheet attached
I am playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order.
