Open contacts when i hit open

Is there a way, when I click the "New" button in office 2007 that It opens the "To:" button as well?

Can there be code written to open the 'To" button?
So if I hit the "New" button it would execute the "To" button right away?

Or add a button; then set a macro to do the following: open the "new" message and open the "to" button.
