    MySQL error

When i try to connect to an MySQL server (local) and i want to create a new connection then i get the error:

Could not find driver {MySQl ODBC 3.51 Driver} in system information.

I've installed the driver from the Mysql site but i still get this error. Anyone a idea what to do ?

I have moved this out of Excel Help because it doesnt seen to be an excel doubt.
    Best Regards,

To every problem there is a solution, even if I dont know it, so this posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties.

If Debugging is harder than writing a program and your code is as good as you can possibly make
it, then by definition you're not smart enough to debug it.

    Hi jphermans,

Can you post your connection string?

Just as a first guess it looks like the ODBC driver hasn't been setup in the System DSN.

    Hi Tommy,

It's already solved. I've installed the the driver but must
do a little setup in the config panel.
    Thanx for the reply.
