Prevent user from viewing the code

Hi ,

Is there any way in excel to prevent users from viewing / manipulating vba code. by this I mean, even with third party tools to remove vba password the user shuld not be able to view the code.

anyone knows a way, pleas advise

Hi sai.

Yes - don't use any - or at least don't distribute the code. That's the only way.

You could, of course, create a compiled version of whatever you're doing using Visual Studio but then it wouldn't be vba and someone's probably even got a tool for reverse engineering that.
