Solved: Drop down lists tutorial

I'm trying to figure out how to have a drop down menu in cell A1 to select 1, 2, or 3 then based on the selection have a drop down list in cell B1 in which the list of choices depends on what you selected in cell A1

ie A1:1 then B1 gives choices A, B, or C
A1:2 then B1 gives choices D, or E
A1:3 then B1 gives only choice F
